IOC Cracks Down on Discrimination, Protects Athlete Rights

Indonesia Faces Immediate Repercussions
The immediate catalyst for the IOC's intervention was Indonesia's refusal to issue visas to Israeli athletes for the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, which commenced on October 19.
